Delete it yourself

1. Open LexaLingo Account and sign in.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Select Delete account and all progress to confirm.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your LexaLingo authentication identity, account record, synchronized Learn progress, reading positions, Saved Words, Write progress, and server learning records associated with that account. The deletion cannot be undone.

What remains on a device

Deleting the account does not automatically erase downloaded lessons, media, preferences, or other learning data already stored locally on every device. Use LexaLingo’s storage controls or uninstall the app to remove local app data. Device or cloud backups controlled by your operating-system provider may follow that provider’s retention rules.

Short-lived security and request logs expire on their normal schedule—generally within 14 days—and service providers may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

Sign in with Apple

For accounts signed in through a current version of the iOS app, LexaLingo requests revocation of its stored Apple authorization before deletion. An older or web-created account may still appear under apps connected to your Apple Account; you can remove that remaining connection in Apple Account settings.

If you cannot sign in, email lexalingo.support@gmail.com from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send a password or sign-in code.
